Informed Consent
I understand that all sessions are provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of tension and stress. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will immediately inform the practitioner. I understand that energy medicine is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and I should see a qualified medical specialist for any physical or mental ailment. Energy medicine practitioners are not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness. I affirm that I have stated all known medical conditions and will keep the practitioner updated on any changes. I understand that my experiences during a session are confidential.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loveshine Intuition LLC or Ash Apelzin shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service. This includes personal injury, property damage, errors or inaccuracies of content, or unauthorized access to secure servers. As stated in the Informed Consent, the practitioner is not liable for changes in a medical profile not disclosed by the client.
